Quinoa and Oats Shake

Yields 4 portions.

  • 1/4 cup Organic Quinoa CUSI

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal

  • 1 liter of water

  • 1 cup of your favorite fruit

  • ¼ cup almonds

  • Stevia or sugar to taste

  • Over high heat, bring to a boil 1 liter of water with organic quinoa and oats.

  • Simmer for 15 minutes or until the quinoa grain becomes translucent. Let cool (optional).

  • In a blender, liquefy the previous preparation with pineapple and almonds. If necessary, add stevia or sweetener to taste.


You can use pineapple , blackberry, passion fruit, naranjilla or your favorite fruit. Add more water if you want a lighter batter.
