Quinoa Nuggets

  • 1 package of Organic Quinoa with Chives CUSI

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup greated cheese (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil

  • Prepare Organic Quinoa with Chives according to the package instructions. Combine the prepared quinoa with the eggs, cheese and salt to taste, and with the help of a spoon form small cakes.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, buttermilk and oil until well blended.

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add cakes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side.


Nuggets can be broiled instead of fried.
