  • Combine 1 cup of mix with 2/3 cup water and 1 egg.

  • Stir gently until well blended.

  • Pour about ¼ cup of mixture into a lightly greased hot pan, and cook over medium heat. When bubbles are formed and the edge is dry, flip the pancake and let brown on the other side.

TIPS
  • For thicker pancakes, use a little less water.

  • For thinner pancakes use a little more water.

  • Water can be substituted by milk.

  •  Non-dairy milk can be used instead of water and egg can be suppressed.
