PREPARATION
  • (6 pancakes) In a bowl.

  • Mix 1 cup of the contents with 3/4 cup of water.

  • 1 egg.

  • Beat gently until you get a homogeneous mixture.

 

For each pancake, pour about ¼ cup of the mixture into a lightly greased hot pan, and cook over medium heat.

When bubbles have formed and the edge is dry, turn the pancake over and let it brown on the other side.

TIPS
  • For thicker pancakes use a little less water.

  • For lighter pancakes use a little more water.

  • You can substitute water for milk.

  • You can add pieces of apple or other fruit in the premix.

 

  •  You can substitute water for vegetable milk and not add the egg.
